Oasis Grafx will build your Results-Driven Website, landing page, including SEO using, but not limited to, the information including photos, video and text you provide in our Design Brief.

Oasis Grafx will use licensed images/photos provided by you or will offer images from our library or from stock photo sites. Please do not use images found on the web without permission or purchase of a license to use. If an image is to be purchased by Oasis Grafx, we will advise you of the cost and provide a watermarked image. Upon your approval, we will order the image and the cost will be added to your final invoice.

Images and Videos should be properly labeled and of the best quality possible. Videos used should only be posted on YouTube or Vimeo; no other formats will be accepted.

If you prefer not to use stock photos or videos, Oasis Grafx is available for location shoots for an additional fee. 

Web Concept Design
After receipt of the completed project brief and the 50% retainer, Oasis Grafx will build a concept of your website consisting of a home page and contact page for desktop, tablet and mobile. You will be provided a link to view the concept within 36 business hours. The design concept will contain minimal content. 

You will be allowed 2 revision requests of the concept and after approval of concept, Oasis Grafx will start the site build. Our goal is to complete the site build within 30 days. Of course our goal can only be met if you are prompt in providing information such as written copy for pages, photos of projects, team members, facilities, and other content required to build the website. 

Third Party Links
If there are outside links, such as third party applications or websites, Oasis Grafx is not responsible if links no longer work. 

It is your ultimate responsibility to thoroughly review the work in progress and final product or service before approving it. Oasis Grafx will do its best to identify and eliminate any content-related error and omission. However, Oasis Grafx is not responsible should any such error or omission go undetected and become a part of the final materials. 

Oasis Grafx will correct technical issues related to code and functionality of website components that resulted from Oasis Grafx’s oversight within 15 days of project completion.

Note: Operating System and Browser updates can cause incompatibility issues with code and function.

If you choose Oasis Grafx to design a logo, or special illustrations, photo manipulation, location shoot or video production, we will provide a quote and if accepted, send an invoice for a 50% retainer of the design/production fee. 

Getting your website “go live” ready will inevitably require several rounds of revisions and polish. Once the website is ready, we’ll go through the final launch checklist and approval process.

We will provide a 30-day Warranty period from the day the website goes live to make sure the website meets your expectations. During this warranty period, we will make minor edits at no charge. This does not include site redesign, navigation edits, or addition of new pages or galleries. 

Included in this project will be 1-hour of training for editing your website. You will also have access to videos and additional training that include screen captures.  

We advise watching our tutorials before our training session. A link to tutorials will be provided when the website is launched.

In addition to video tutorials, we have a Help Desk Support Ticketing system in place on our website for requesting support. Within this system, we post helpful articles with instructions on how-to … e.g. set-up a signature block for your email account, how to set-up email access on your computer and mobile devices, content management, customer relationship management, and more. Your help sessions will be archived within your personal folder for future reference.

Indemnity

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless OASIS GRAFX from any loss, expense, and damages arising out of violation of copyright or trademark laws from the illegal use of written copy, images, photographs, slogans, trademarks, or graphical work supplied by the Client. 

Oasis Grafx will retain the rights to all parts of intellectual property it has developed. 

A 50% retainer is due before start of project with the balance due prior to site launch. The web hosting must be received prior to site launch.

A project will be put on hold if feedback is not received within 5 days or if project has passed the 30 day timeframe and Client has not provided information requested. Oasis Grafx reserves the right to charge a Hold Fee, in any amount, up to $500 or 5% of the total project amount, whichever is less. 

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded due to their nature. These items include, but are not limited to: stock photography, music, web hosting, domain name fees, statistical packages, software, code, etc.

Oasis Grafx has no control over ranking and does not guarantee a position of any developed or hosted website on any search engine.

Communicating Effectively

During your project, communication will be non-stop with emails, phone calls, and online meetings. Using our Site Comments collaboration tool makes it a faster, easier, clearer review and editing process for any edits to your site. 

Email – nancy@oasisgrafx.com is the only email you need to remember. We regularly check our email and respond quickly. 

Phone – 301.481.9979 is the direct line to your project manager, Nancy Sheridan. Your calls are always welcome between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Oasis Grafx believes that the customer may not always be right. If Client treats any of Oasis Grafx staff with disrespect via verbal or written abuse, we will advise Client of such. If efforts to be courteous and respectful  should fail, we reserve the right to terminate our business relationship.

Oasis Grafx also reserves the right to just say no to projects with content that is discriminatory in nature, violent, unlawful, or sexually explicit.
